FAQ - 8 - Website questions


  • No unfortunately we do not have a price match.




  • You can find your invoice as a PDF under each order in your order list. 

    Once you have clicked on the order you want an invoice from, you can find a link on the right side with the text Downloade invoice.

    This link will start a download of an invoice for that order.

  • You can track your packages using the Track & Trace information, which you can find under each order in your order list. 

    To find your order list, click on My Toolbox in the menu at the top of the website where you select My orders.

  • Once you have entered your order list, you will be able to see a list of all the orders you have ordered with us. 

    To find Track&Trace information on an order, click View order based on the order you want to find Track & Trace information on

    Click on View tracking numbers to see your Track & Trace number. (See picture)

  • Please note that updates can take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website




  • You can change your email settings by clicking on the profile icon at the top of the website and pressing “E-mails”.

    Here you can add, delete and edit the mail accounts you have connected to your user, and specify what information is required for the different mails.

  • To become a DCS business customer, you must first fill out a registration form that must be approved.

    ​​​​​​​There is a short processing time so if you want to apply to become a business customer you can start here.

  • If you want to hide the prices on the website, in the menu "my toolbox" select "Do not show prices" to disable price display.



  • You can find the search box at the top of our website.

    ​​​​​​​There you can enter the keyword you want to search for



  • By clicking on the profile symbol at the top of the website, you will be able to see User Configurator in the drop-down menu.
    Here you can add, delete, or edit users associated with your account.

  • If you want to import our products into your webshop, you must create a price file and import it into your CMS system.
    You do this
    through the menu item E-commerce or by clicking here.



  • If you cannot see prices on the website and you are logged in, you can switch prices in the menu My toolbox.
    Here you will be able to see Show prices as the bottom menu item.

  • You can easily make an offer for your customer directly from dcs.dk.

    What to do:

    You fill your basket as when you would normally shop at dcs.dk.
    When you have found the items that your customer wants an offer for and they are placed in a "basket", click on My Toolbox at the top of the page's menu.
    Here you click on the menu item Quotations, and at the bottom of the page you will see an option called Create offers based on your current basket.
    This will take you to a page where you can set prices for your products, enter your and your customer's information,



  • Yes, you can view your order summary on the website.

    To find your order summary you have to click on My toolbox menu at the top of our website, and click on my orders.

  • You can se your order status in your order summary on our website. 

    To find your order summary you need to click on the My toolbox menu at the top of our website and then click on My orders.

  • Yes. Go to the Accounting page thouh the My toolbox menu at the top of our website.
    Here you click on DOWNLOAD STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT.
