BP-U35 er et litium-ion-batteri med en kapacitet på 35 Wh, der er optimeret til professionelle videooptagelser. Den kompakte størrelse og lave vægt gør BP-U35 ideel til applikationer med høj mobilitet som f.eks. montering på en gimbal. Batteristatusdata kommunikeres løbende til kameraet. Resterende kapacitet vises på kameraets LCD-skærm og søger, så operatøren nemt og præcist kan overvåge batteristatus under optagelserne. BP-U35 har højere kapacitet og hurtigere opladningstid end den tidligere generation af BP-U30.
