Is there any authentication required between computers with PPB and RMCARDs?

Yes, the Secret Phrase of all computers running PowerPanel Business and RMCARDs needs to be the same for communication to be established. This is set up under Security>Authentication.

Can the firmware be updated for the RMCARD400?

Yes, new firmware releases include new functionality, enhanced features, and bug fixes.

Where does the ENVIROSENSOR plug into the RMCARD400?

The ENVIROSENSOR connects to the Universal port on the RMCARD400. This will allow users to monitor ambient temperature and humidity of their UPS systems and PDUs.
