Intel NUC’s skal indsendes uden hardware monteret medmindre de er købt samlet hos DCS. Indsendes de med hardware/COA label som ikke er monteret af DCS vil enheden blive sendt afvist retur uden videre behandling.

Hvis du har købt en vare hos os, som mod forventning er defekt og du ønsker at reklamere over den, skal vi have den ind til vores tekniske afdeling for undersøgelse, før afhjælpning kan foretages. Vores reklamationsbehandlingstid er normalt 2-14 dage. Ved udgåede modeller tages forbehold for at producenten / vores leverandør, ikke kan overholde vores normale reklamationstid.
