FAQ - 7 - My account


  • If you have previously traded with us, your account is linked to your email address.

  • Yes, you can view your order summary on the website.

    To find your order summary you have to click on My toolbox menu at the top of our website, and click on my orders.

    You can also find your order summary by clicking here.



  • You can always see the status of your RMA case though the RMA overview on our website. 
    You can find it by click the My toolbox menu at the top of the website and clicking RMA.
    Here you will be able to see a list of all RMA cases that you have created with us.

  • You can see the status of your order in your order summary on our website. 

    To find your order summary, click on My toolbox menu at the top of the website and select My orders

  • You can change your primary/default delivery address by clicking on data in the profile-menu at the top of the website.

    Here you scroll down until you reach delivery addresses where you will be able to see a small edit symbol based on each address you have registered for your account.


    You can also click here to get to your master data page.



  • You can change your email settings by clicking on the profile icon at the top of the website and pressing “E-mails”.

    Here you can add, delete and edit the mail accounts you have connected to your user, and specify what information is required for the different mails.

  • To become a DCS business customer, you must first fill out a registration form that must be approved.

    ​​​​​​​There is a short processing time so if you want to apply to become a business customer you can start here.



  • Easy order is a tool for you who often places an order on the same item(s).

    With Easy Order you can create lists of products that you order frequently. You can add these lists of Easy orders to the shopping cart as if it were any other item.

Then you will have the option to add the product to an existing list or create a new Easy order list. You can also choose the quantity to buy each time this easy order is ordered. Then click "Add Easy Order"


Now you can go to "My toolbox" in the menu at the top of the website and select the item "Easy Order"


This leads you to a page with an overview of all your Easy Order, and on the right side is a picture of a green shopping cart which adds the products in your easy order to your shopping cart.


When you press this you will get some options and you will choose the option that is best for you.


When this is done you will be able to see the products from your easy order in your shopping cart which is now ready to be ordered like any other online order.








  • If you forgot your password, you can click here to receive a reset email.



  • if you want to change your master data belonging to your DCS account, you need to access the Data tab in the menu My toolbox which you can find at the top of our website.

  • In the menu on the left side of My Profile you will find a menu item called User Configuration where you can add, edit and delete users to your company profile.
