Familiar functionality in a new design

We have naturally kept the functionality that you know and use in your daily work. This includes XML price files, delivery addresses, users, and the other fixed functions that many of our customers work with every day.
The new webshop has therefore not been created to change the basic workflows, but to give DCS.dk an updated look and feel, while adding extra details that will make the experience even better going forward.

Launch during the low season

We have chosen to launch the new webshop during the summer period, where activity is traditionally lower. We do this to create as little friction as possible for our customers while the final adjustments are being handled.
Our expectation is that the most important parts of the solution are well in place, although individual details and functions will continue to be adjusted and further developed on an ongoing basis.

We are continuously optimizing

As with all major technical changes, there may be views, functions, or smaller elements during the transition period that do not work exactly as expected.
We therefore hope for your understanding if you experience minor errors or changes in the way the webshop works. Our team is following up continuously and working to correct and improve the solution as quickly as possible.

We greatly appreciate constructive feedback and specific input from our customers. It helps us prioritize the right improvements and create a solution that best supports the daily use of DCS.dk.
