WMF ProfiResist Frying Pan 28 cm

A non-stick frying pan for life. The non-stick coating is well protected by the raised stainless steel structure, which makes the frying pan scratch-resistant and hard-wearing. ProfiResist thus combines the advantages of a stainless steel frying pan with those of an anti-stick-sealed frying pan and fulfils the requirements for everything that is frying sharply at high temperatures.
The frying pan has an aluminium core, is made of stainless steel on the inside and extremely resistant chrome steel on the outside. The coated frying surface ensures that nothing burns on you. You can turn on the heat as high as you want because stainless steel can withstand high temperatures - your poultry and other pieces of meat will get a delicious crust. The heat is evenly distributed in the multi-layer material pans and is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. The pan is ovenproof and heat-resistant up to 250°C without lid. It is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
